Chances of Getting Skin to Skin Contact STIs

Dear Doctor,

Finally she gave me hand job after finish the body massage, it took about 15 minute and i ejaculate. No oral, anal or intercourse happened.

After two days this event i saw some red bumps in my left thighs and middle of my chest. also a bump on the middle of the shaft. it does not pain but feell hard when i touch it on skin. Also two bump base of the penis skin. My Doctor prescribed me a local application call germacid saying those are folliculitis. 4th day i had tingling sense in my penis and urge urinate many time. Also i had slight testicular pain. The doctor asked me to do blood sugar test and urine full report test. those test was normal. After check the report doctor prescribed me Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 5 days.

Three days after the above antibiotics tingling sense heal and testicular pain had slightly. But that day i saw some tiny blisters two rashes on my penis foreskin end. After i urinate i feel little burning sense on it.

Dear Doctor now i'm on so much of stress about this, that i might have infected with some kind of STIs Such as herpes, Genital warts or any other disease, because i dont know the STI's status of the girl who gave me massage and hand job. They had many client those time she may have infected asymptomatic. I'm did not have any sexual contact before this. Please give me medical advice regrading my condition. Thanks in advance!

The only STDs than can be transmitted through the contact skin to skin are :
-Herpes, because of kissing someone with lesions in the lips. You would have seen those lesions in that case.
-Syphilis, in the case you touch the typical lesions, whose name is "chancrus".
But if the skin is intact, there is no risk at all of any STDs.
