redness tip of urethra and head of penis

i had unprotected sex about 3-4 weeks ago. at the second day i noticed my urge to urinated immediately after drinking water or a beverage. this turned soon into myself searching the internet and stressing about what i might have. some background history i am a healthy 22 yr old male. i work a desk job which i started 3 month ago and when i come home sit until i go to bed. i have had UTI's  in the past and this was new to me not like before. after the first week i had normal maybe abnormal genital itching and my inner thigh seemed like i had a rash. the inner thigh pain has gone away at week 2. after that i noticed a slight sting only after urination that occurs for only a few minutes then goes away. i have no pain while urinating just afterwards. it doesn't happen every time maybe 2-3 times a day. i notice small red patches at the tip of my penis which go away and come with no pain and no not itch. ive noticed abnormal itching in the genital area that occurs maybe 2-3 times a day. i thought i had jock itch and bought fungal cream and have been using it for 4-5 days. the itching seems to lesson with this and look better. i have not seen any lesions or small pimples appear on or around my penis. i check every time i use the bathroom. i have mild discomfort 1-2 times a day in my groin. i have not been sick coming to week 3 and have no flu like symptoms. today day 22. there is mild/normal itching. still redness around tip of penis that is painless that come and go. still occur stinging after urination 2-3 times day or sometimes once a day. still no pain while urinating. just discomfort and stressed about this situation. please any insight to my situation would help i cannot see a medical professional until another 3 weeks and would like to have an idea if im over stressed about this or have been reading too much of internet symptoms. again to recap today day 22. slight sting after urination 1-3 times day. normal/mild genital itching. redness tip of urethra and around tip of penis with no pain to touch. a slight discomfort. and again i look at my genitals 5-6 times a day and these have been the only reacquiring changes. all the symptoms have been come an going for 3 weeks. i can touch my genitals with no pain what so ever when i check for lesions or abnormalities.  i appreciate your time on your response.
