Worried I may have re-infected myself with a partner

I Was tested about 1 month ago after experiencing symptoms of slight pain while urinating.. Tingling at tip of penus and very small discharge mainly in the morning.. But some during the day usually clear discharge..except early morning was a small whitish discharge.. Since experiencing that I got tested for all std's and received negative results on all Std's... So I visited my urologist who took a sample of urine and found some puss cells in urine and prescribed me Cipro-floxan for 2 weeks.. I did finish taking the meds and symptoms left but felt as if there was still a slight feelin that wasn't normal.. I went back to him and explained this.. So he gave me Levaquin for an additional 10 days.. This cleared everything ...my concern now is that before I was treated I had unprotected sex with my Ex girlfriend which I am afraid I passed it on to her... So after I never told her she would have to be treated becausey doctor said it would b highly unlikely she is infected... But I did infact have se with her and ejaculated inside
Of her before I was ever tested or treated.. He told me that it is Non specific Urethritus... I recently got together with my Ex girlfriend and ended with a night of sex and now I'm worried that I may have been reinfected from the same infection I had before.. And may have passed to her...
If this is so... I will definitely have to notify her and have us both b treated at the same time... She is my only partner since and I am hers... She had no symptoms like I had... I'm worried if I actually did have NGU and for sure had unprotected sex with her before I even knew about my condition.. Is she carrying this infection and able to or already have reinfected me... It's been 3 days and feeling slightly a bit different.. My question is I need to know if she is definitely carrying the infection since I had something that wasn't any std and will I continue to reinfect myself if I continue to have sexual relations with her.?.. I really don't want her to b carrying this unknowingly ... Once against tested neg for all std 's but ngu or nsu was what my doc said I may have or even prostatitus.. Which I don't think i have just need your expertise.. Pls... My ex and I are kind of becoming active with one another...

1. Doubt it
2. You have no diagnosis so can't say
3. It's not a STD, you did not transmit anything to her and get it back
4. You have no diagnosis, can't say
5. Again no diagnosis

Unprotected anal sex is a risk for STD's but also other bacteria like ecoli.

Ok.. So update on my issue.. I since went bak to my doctor and showed him that I indeed was reinfected with ngu or nsu ... Because I tested negative for ALL STD's but was infected with something causing me urethritus .. Slight burning while urinating , small clear discharge, and tingling itchy sensation at tip of penus.. Since the first episode he prescribed me Ciprofloxacan which I took for 14 days.. Iwent back and explained that there was no more burning while urinating and no tip itching .. But was still experiencing annoying stinging tingling in urethra so he gave me a 10 day extra treatment of levaquin which eliminated all symptoms and I was cured.. Now I have to inform u that I did have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend after I contracted this infection from another person from anal intercourse... She was never treated ...
This is my questions and concerns NOW ...  I then after was cured had sexual relations with my girlfriend again about 2 weeks after I was cured.. 4 days later BOOM ... All over again.. The same infection with all symptoms came back... So I MUST HAVE GOTTEN REINFECTED BY MY GIRLFRIEND when I was under the impression that I wasn't able to pass it to her but I did and was reinfected by having sexual relations with her again... This time I visited my doc and he gave me another prescription of Levaquin for 10 days and same for my girlfriend ... I'm on my 7th day and sometimes still feel something going on..

1.)Could I have developed resistance to levaquin?

2.) first meds I took was Ciprofloxacan .. Would that b affective again for the treatment just took to I b sure to eliminate the problem.. As I do have almost a full 14 day supply still

3.) it was in fact passed to my girl from intercourse with me as she reinfected me but she has NO SYMPTOMS... Why is this?
When I was told it's highly unlikely she had anything from our interaction ? Which we know now is not the case.

4.) will this 10 day dose of Levaquin again eliminate this issue for me again because I used it 2 weeks prior ??

5.) will the same dose eliminate my girls infections.. As she is looking forward to setting up a birthday night which will def end with romance...?
I don't want to be reinfected all over again ..?

Please help me understand more of my situation as I was tested and NEG ON ALL STD's ..what exactly happened to me with that anal ontercourse then !? Thank u very much ... Looking forward to hearing from ur expertise ! :)

You can get NGU from anyone.

I am not sure how to explain this better but NGU is not a specific bacteria.

I'm sorry may have posted a comment that wasn't complete .. Ok I understand your answer.. But if the bacteria is in the vagina of my ex won't I continue to b reinfected with the same thing if she never taken meds to kill the bacteria that I for sure had and passed through my ejaculation into her vagina or even her mouth with oral sex... Then I can infact b reinfected from her ... And can she infect others through oral or vaginal? My main concern is that I don't want to continue to infect my self or spread this bacteria to other clean partners ... And then I will continue to contract the same bacteria all over again.. My question is is the bacteria still inside of my ex and can I indeed contract the same infection from her even though it doesn't effect her... But obviously affects men... ??? Will she need antibiotics ? And if not? Then I'm ok.. Just don't want to infect any other clean woman that I have relations with.. My main concern is it's been 5 days and I have been feeling alittle discomfort... Dont think it's mental.. Please explain to me the oral situation and vaginal.. Can I contract this again from my ex.. If we had oral with semen and vaginal intercourse with semen... And if it doesn't affect her can I still b reinfected from the bacteria I gave to her

NGU is common bacteria, not a specific STD, most of the time NGU is gotten from oral sex as the mouth has a lot of bacteria in it. So you can't infect a woman with NGU.

Thank u very much for your quick response.. I'm just not 100 percent clear.. I caught this infection with another individual having unprotected sex and before i experienced these symptoms and before i was treated I had unprotected intercourse with my ex... And after since I have been treated and infection had gone away... But recently we connected and had another sexual interaction unprotected... My Fear is that I have become reinfected with the same thing again from my ex because did infact have that infection when I was with her before my treatment.... Will I become infected again with the same infection when I just had sex with her...? All my std's were negative.. But doctor for sure found infection Non specific or NGU or NSU... ... Do I know have to worry about being reinfected and see my doctor again for the same treatment.. And will I not b able to continue a sexual relations with my ex ? We may get back... ?? Pls help me understand this better ...

NGU is not something that women get vaginaly, it is just common bacteria that infect you. She should have nothing to worry about.
