Worried to death

Hi, I have a question.

I'm a 26 year old male, and exactly 22 days ago, me and a male friend went back to some random girls house we met that night. Me and my friend both had unprotected sex with her. I went first, and then my friend went second. She asked us to use condoms, and we didn't have any, so we asked if she had been tested and had any diseases. She said she had been tested a month or so ago and was clean.
I went home that evening instantly worrying if I was going to catch an STD or HIV.
I suffer from depression and anxiety, and this has only made it worse.
About two to three days after the incident I felt my glands in my neck and groin rise. I also had flu like symptoms ie runny nose slight cough etc. Although a person at work had the flu earlier in the week and I could have caught it off them. The glands have not gone down and they occasionall feel tender and slightly painful in the groin. I have on and off flu like symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, coughing and tonight I've got a sore throat.
Other than the glands up in my groin, neck and flu like symptoms, I have been feeling sore in some places for a few moments, and then it passes.
I've been browsing the net ever since the incident happened, and have been stressing my mind out on the symptoms that can coincide with HIV etc.
I'm wondering, what are my chances of getting HIV, and can my anxiety depression play any role in relating to the glands that are up.

get tested at 1 week for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
6 weeks for syphilis.
3 months for HIV.
try not to think about it too much. the past is the past. move to the future and do not do it again.
