Had protected sex (vaginal with condom) with FSW for the first time, lost my eriction during sex twice so she give me a handjob once with the condom on and once without (handjob with possible vaginal fluids...) replaced the condom twice i didn't want to ejaculate so i decided to leave..few hours later of exposure noticed some small red bumps(white heads) on my feet and back a feeling like needles that comes and go all over my body for 28 days...small red bumps(like acne) lasted for a couple of days faded and new ones appeared...i lost some weight.. i can't sleep since...i tested negative after 28 days ..after 40 days i had a dry cough that occur and go and i had a runny nose and an upset stomach for a weeks i dont remember having any fever or diarrhea or chills or night sweets.
i tested negative for both hiv and hepatite B after 28 days.i went to a dermatologist and conviced me that i don't need testing just an allergic reaction.what's killing me is the symptoms and the encounter!

Greetings.
You had no risk at all in the first place. It is impossible to acquire Hepatitis or HIV during the encounter you described.
Neither of your symptoms suggested any STI. You should stop worrying and seek help if you can't.
