Yeast infection/Balanitis?

Okay so on August 15 I received oral from another male for the first time. I immediately panicked because he was indeed a stranger from a public bookstore so the next day I asked if he had any stds. He said no and I asked 3 times because I was so paranoid. I got tested for gon and chlamydia and treated for them but the tests were negative. I still had some symptoms just mainly a pain in my penis head and burning after I peed/itching. I met a girl 2 weeks later who is my girlfriend now and she was a virgin before I met her so she is clean plus she’s been tested since all his has been happening to me. I got treated for urethritis and my Doc gave me cipro but that didn’t cure it because it went away and then bounced back but I had sex with my girlfriend and i think I have her the bacteria because I got put on amox clav the next week and finished it. I felt a lot better and then I had sex with my girlfriend and the symptoms came back right away. I read up that both partners should be treated so I got her to get treated as well and we both were put on Doxycycline Hyclate me for 10 days her for 7 100mg. After the amox clav I got this shiny spot on my penis head that would turn into a slight bump when I was erect. I then got two more spots which I think are friction burn because during the antibiotics we grinded really hard since we couldn’t have sex. Anyway I have a bad rash on the base of my shaft and now it looks like to heat blisters are there and I’m under my penis head there are red patches along with some on my penis head. Along with doxycycline I was out on imiquimod but I stopped yesterday because I felt as tho it was the problem along with I felt like I am gettin a male yeast infection so now I started putting lotrimin on my penis head and under and on that rash but the rash just burns. Also I am circumcised and the guy I got that oral from had no lesions on his mouth.

Here are my questions
1: does this sound like genital herpes? The symptoms have been lasting this long with no blistering besides the blistering looking things on the rash that I think are heat blisters.

2: could this be balanitis or a yeast infection from the antibiotics because I they did cure the urethritis symptoms but now I have this issue.

3: was it a good idea to stop the imiquimod since I started noticing these problems ?

I'd do so protected. I did, but the friction will cause it to act up. I used lotriman and I was proscribed nystatin

Having had balantis your pictures and discription do look like what I had. Im not a doctor so take it for what it's worth. Treatment was difficult. Keep the area dry, moping up all urine after urination, wear loose fitting boxers, apply anti fungal cream daily, and keep the area clean. Avoid alchohol. It took me 3-4 months to get rid of it. Friction will often bring it back when you think its gone
