Burning at tip of penis & little pain in right testicle

Hi

I had an oral sex with a girl and since very next day i got this little burning sensation on penis tip and also had little pain in my testicle & my urniary tract. I consulted urologist and he gave me Azithral XP kit for 1 day which included 1 gm dose of azithromycin and 8 dayscourse of 2 pills a day ( 100 gm ) NIFTRAN  which contains (FURADANTIN, Generic NITROFURANTOIN (MONOHYDRATE/MACROCRYSTALS)). Its been 4 days since. i have started the course. though there is 70 % improvement in my health but i still have this sensation when i touch my testicle or i squeeze gently my penis. can you tell me how much time it will take to cure. I was very horrrified to get any STD . I also did urine routine and culture test...all were negative.except i got rbc count of ( 0 to 1) in routine test which doc told me is normal till ( 0 to 3 ). Im really worried about if i have some seriuos infection....pls help me with the this information ...n guide me as im very worried

Hi

I dont know but im really worried as this has started only after i had oral sex with this unkown woman. Just had an oral sex though. Though after all medications i started feeling better but yesterday after masturbation my penis was very sensative for sometime & i infomred this to my urologist & he as ked to have Zanocin 400 MG for 7 days along with all prescribed medicines(except azithral) which i was already taking. Pls man this is taking a toll in my life now...am very worried

Ya i am followingi up with my urologist & he asked me to continue course for another two days. But am not sure...was worried so thot people may be knowing abit it here. n am still worried if i have aquired some desease. there are no other symptoms apart from bit of uneasiness in my right testicile...no thick liquid..no green or white material. Guys is some one can let me more about it will be great. Thanks

thanks so much for replying but the symptoms were very mild in the first week..slowly started developing...and this feeling only started after i had this oral session( unprotected) ...though im not regular into this ...n to be very frank it was after 2 years i had unsafe oral....and i had it with an unkwn women on 2nd may and then started getting this irritating feeling & from 17th may and started my medication since then. When i take azithromycin...it gives good relief...not sure wht to do ? may be im over reacting but after going through medication since last 10 days....there is still a feeling of irritation and little sensation in my rite testicile & n im really panicking....dont how long it will take

STD symptoms do not show up the next day, this is not a STD. Follow up with your uriologist.
