As I already explained, there is no risk in fingering without underwear. And the risk of the contact on your leg with no underwear is very very very minimal.
Even fingering without underwear is not going to give you an std. There is minimal risk with your leg if there was no barrier. But she had on underwear. These bacteria or viruses do not pass through material. By sexually transmitted, it is understood to generally bare genital to genital or (very rare) genital to oral contact.
