anal itching

iam a 23year old male college student.last year in september i had sex with protection and suddenly after 3 weeks i had anal itches with burning like sensation especially after passing a stool.i ignored and endured the itches for a month, i got some medication beacause my doctor was suspectind an std.i got predinicellon injections,ciprofloxacin,kanamycin but of these medications predinicellon stoped the itching for two weeks and it came back again.i got another doctor who gave me antihelminthic drugs but ithcing persisted,the anal itching comes suddenly and may twice or thrice a day but lasts less than 10 minutes.one day during scratching i found something like a tick from the anus and i was prescribed gamma benzene and the itching stoped for two weeks and i starting to feel its recurrence slightly and involuntarily.iam confused and worried what is realy causing the itchiness?

Not sure what it could be. Mental is always a good possibility, maybe just some irritation or fungial.

thanks guys my doctor says if there was any bacteria or infection the gamma benzene and the antibiotics sholud have eradicated the infection.so he says iam having a mental problem or mental stress aotherwise he sugests i see a dermatologist but i cant at the moment beacause of financial problems.the ichyness was slight today and iam trying to ignore it.so if not std what could it be?

See no reason to think this is a STD because you used a condom. Follow up with your Dr.
