Possible STD Symptoms

A while ago, late december 07, I had a oral sexual encounter with another male performing oral(around a 1 min) and recieving(around 15mins) and up until now I have not had any symptoms of any kind except I had a cold/flu a couple of times(had a cold last week) which i made nothing off. In the past couple of days I came down with a slightly red itchy rash on my neck and on the inside of my arm joints. What was more worrying was my eyes visible had become darker around the outsides and became wrinkly and dry/flaky. It has last around 4 days now but seems to be fading be fading(both eyes and rash).

Would go to the doctors but the problem seems to have gone away now but I just wanted to find out if it was related to any possible STD ?

Thanks AJ, I really just needed someone to say whether they thought I needed to be tested or not. I never really thought those symptoms I have were linked to any STD but it did cross my mind and so I began to worry about any possible I may have caught from my giving and recieving of a blow job. Knowing that I couldn't have caught anything from my situation is a relief.

Hi there -

I answer these questions on my own time, so I can't always respond in a certain time frame.

I don't think you need to be tested, but for some reason, you can not let this go, so go ahead and test.  If that's what it will take to ease your mind, then test.  You certainly don't need my permission.

I really am sorry to bring this back up again, now I know that these symptoms are unrelated to any STD as I believe it is some sort of contact Ezcema but I was wondering if you think I should get tested for STD's? (obviously not for HIV or any form of Hepatitis as from that experiance there was pretty much no chance of being infected). It seems like some stds have no symptoms so I could possibly have something and not know.

You should probaly also know that I was also given oral which lasted around 15mins.

Or should I just forget about any need for testing?

No, this doesn't sound at all like an std.

I read your other posts on this subject in the HIV forum.  You really need to stop worrying about this and move on.

It sounds as if you had a cold or allergies or something.

Is no one kind enough to answer because I'm being paranoid and its completely unrelated to any known STD? especially with it being around 13 weeks from possible contact of any std.
