bleedin after sex, please help

I have been experiencing bleeding after sex for about nine months.  I have been tested for nearly everything and , all with negative results, have had labial specialists look at me as well as second, third, and fourth oppinions, and no one seems to know what is going on.  The bleeding is not heavy, I wouldn't even constitute it as the lightest possible period blood.  It ends up on the toilet paper after urinating immediately after having sex.  The tricky issue is that I know it is not coming from inside.  It isn't coming from my cervix is what I mean to say, it is coming from the opening of the vagina. On one occasion before seeing the doctor I made sure to have sex before my appointment, approximately an hour before so that whatever had been going on would be active during my visit.  However, upon examination the doctor was unable to find anything, not even an irritated area from which the blood could be coming from.  It happens when I am well lubricated , and even when excess lube is used.  I am on birth control, am in a commited relationship for the last year and a half.  The sex does not hurt, however, initial penetration is often uncomfortable and feels like the first time I had sex.  This is not my first partner, but this is the first time anything like this has happened.  He is large, but this only started happening six months into our relationship when we had already been having sex regularly.  Also, no piercings for either one of us.I don't know what to do anymore and it is really affecting my self esteem not to mention our sex life.  Any advice and or help would be appreciated.

As above Pap Smear should be your next move.
is used to check changes in the cervix ( the neck of the womb) at the top of the vagina.
If there are abnormal cells causing the bleeding these can be easily treated by your doctor.
There are over a 100 strains of HPV
approximately 80% of women have acquired some strain of the HPV virus by the time they are 50. So we could say that it’s just part of being human.
Don't stress, book a pap smear with your GP, also ask her about the Cervarix Vaccine for yourself & your partner.

The only thing I can think of would be something hormonal that is causing thinning of the tissues there.  Are you on birth control or anything?  Are you current on your paps?

You might also post in the women's health forum.
