bumps around base of penis
i am a 17 and i am sexually active but before i even started having sex which was 3 weeks ago i got bumps on the base of my penis and its about 2-3 inches away from the base and i have about 2-3 on my penis. it started when i shaved around my penis. is it a irritation or what? and if it is, is their a treatment for it?
