Oral sex is low risk so you most likely did not get anything form that. Yes you could have been with your wife and she not have gotten herpes from you. The urine smell would not be an STD an STD would not be dependnat upon urine. This could be do to many factors. Yes shew could get someting form bacteria in the anal area into the vag. area. Thats why they wipe front to back.
At first I thought they were pimples and most certainly irritated them by shaving that area. In fact they broke and thats when I realized they were small blisters. I am sure now that I have been experiencing breakouts over the years. After doing much research and seeing pictures on the net I am possitive. But my main concern is if I passed something else on to my wife. Another thing to note is that teh blisters were on my lower abdomen not on my penis. I should also add that during the encounter with my wife before her issue developed - I had been rubbing my penis between her buttocks and against her anus before vaginal insertion. Could I have picked up some sort of bacteria this way? To date all of her symtops have cleared up except for the odorous urine. And it is definitely a urine smell not vaginal
A cluster of blisters sounds suspiciously like herpes. It does not sound like another STD. Once you have herpes, you do not get rid of it. It could have been an outbreak. Did the blisters burst and scab/crust over? Its possible that this could have been her initial outbreak. She should get tested at some point, if she has blisters she should get a culture. If she does not have blisters, she should get a blood test. In general, she should probably be tested yearly.
The chances of getting an STD from receiving oral sex are low. You should see plenty of posts in the expert forum about this. The exception would be HSV1 if the escort was having an outbreak.
