Help, Doctor seems useless, in a panic!

My symptoms started like this:

First week: Slight burning when peeing or ejaculating, very rare, happened 3 times tin the whole week.
Second week: Only burned once when I I went to pee the whole week, Pain in my abdominal area(Pressure) and in my left testicle, these were both on and off.
Third Week: Different pain when peeing, Still burns but feels as if something small is passing through when I pee, no more abdominal pain whatsoever. This is happening 1 out of every 3 times when I pee. Also little tiny tiny tiny red bumps on this part of my penis:

Its now the forth week and that has not changed, I went to the doctors on the second week and he ran a test for a uti but they are taking forever getting those results back to me and I fear its not this anymore.

Yeah Yeah I know go to the doctors, I plan on finding another one, he didn't even mention an std test....Even after I said I had sex(Only once and with protection) Still....seems odd.

You could check for free std clinics in your area or planned parenthood locations. They would have affordable prices depending on their fixed income category. Its all right to get a second opinion from another doctor. It helps.

Was this a protected affair? If it was, this can't be std related. Condoms cut transmission of stds by a massive percentage. We cannot diagnose you through photos because that is not allowed here. We only give our opinions and advice on what you should do. We encourage safe sex and always safe sex here. We are not certified medical experts. If you want, you can pay a fee and speak with one of our many well established medical experts here. I am sure they would know what is going on with you.
