You are testing negative for HIV and STDs, so how can you have them?
Have you had a prostate exam? A test on your sperm to look for bacteria?

I started to feel burning in urethra and entrance in urethra became to be swallowed. I have a strong pain on the tip of the penis. The very opening of my penis is red and very shiny. The symptoms looks like with gonorrhea, Trichomonas or Chlamydia But no discharges. Tests for std all negative.(urine test, culture test and dna test) But I have got treatment from gonorrhea (cefixin for 7 days), to treat Chlamydia I got doxycycline for7 days, and flogil to treat Trichomonas for 7 days, but nothing help Then I got apo-fluconezole to treat yeast infections I become to feel better but in 2 days symptoms came back. My doctor and urologist sad if tests for std are OK then I am OK to. But I have a feeling it is something very wrong with me
HIV and Syphilis tests are negative to.
Now I am under metronidazole 2gramm single doze per 1 day for 5 days
Today is 4th day and still nothing
Maybe I have got HIV and plus whole bunch of other STDs?
That is why I can’t to treat it ?
Or maybe this is not properly treated before gonorrhea and now it is very resistance to antibiotics disease? What I have got?
Please anybody help me.
What it could be?
Now I am under CIPROFLOXACIN it is 8-th day .Redness and swallowing went down a little bit,
But pain and burning in urethra is still there.
Need halp.
Well this is the classic thing where unfortunately doctors only test for some of the causes of urethritis, not all of them.
I'd like to figure out what sort of tests you had. You said a urinalysis? If that's the case, that test is not specific and absolutely cannot be relied upon to test for STDs. It only looks for the presence of white blood cells in your urine, and while many times that does correspond to infection, it's simply not that sensitive. You need to be sure you've had an actual urine based (or swab) DNA (NAAT) test. That's the only type of test which is really accurate enough to be able to rule out gonorrhea or chlamydia from. Since there is no DNA test which looks for gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomonas in one test, my thought is that all you did have is a urinalysis.
Also, what sort of drugs were you given for gonorrhea.
Answer these questions and we can begin to put the puzzle together.
Had a urine analysis that tested negative for gono,Trichomonas or chlamydia, but still I have very litle amount of clear disgharges. Also I feel discomfort in urethra, but some times it even burning if even I am not going to tee
This might not be an STD. Has anyone done a urine test on you to look for bacteria?
If you are still having symptoms, then you should go back to the doc.
