burning while urinating plus rashes?

i have been having a burning sensation while urinating for about 6 months now. i got tested last month for chlamydia and gonorrhea and it came back negative. now i have like five 1 mm dots on the skin of my penis, they dont hurt or have blood or pus in them. and now a red 4-5 mm rash appeared. its just like a 5 mm part of my skin turned red and dsnt itch or cause any discomfort whatsoever.

what is it that i have have? im gonna make a dr's appointment soon..

LOL of course it is.  Its just like taking your car to the mechanic because its making a clanking sound and of course, it won't make the clanking sound once for the mechanic.

I'd go anyway and get tested.

fungal it is an infection of fungi. Like jock itch or things of that nature.

they did a blood and urine sample. thing is ive had this for about 6 months and the dots appeared a lil less then 2 months ago. and the rash appeared today.

also what do you mean by fungal?

Have they cultured your urine or looked for white blood cells?  You could have a UTI or NGU.

The rash could be something fungal, but you do need to get this all checked out soon.
