can symptoms help the diagnosis?

I am Mr. Jerry 30 years old. I had unprotected sex with one of my friend’s friend in the 1st week of December, 2006, who was married and had two or three partners. After that in last week of January, 2007, I had sore throat, high fever, UTI, stomach pain, vomiting. I have been prescribed antibiotics (Ampicillin, Vitamin Complex and Paracetomol for 5 days). I was quite normal and losed all the symptoms in this treatment. Then in April again I had sore throat, group of vesicles on mouth (like herpes vesicles), Pharyngitis and severe numbness on the legs without fever and I had gone for check up in ENT, I had been given antibiotics for seven days. (Ampicillin-cloxacillin, Sucralfate etc). Then after two months I had large group of vesicle on my mouth and again I have been taking antibiotics then after that I had never taken any antibiotics for any reasons. After this exposure I had no genital ulcers, no discharge or anything, but I had a breakage in anus (proctitis) and a colorless liquid, smelly discharge for a week and I had leg pain walking trouble, blurred vision, imbalance, high Blood Pressure. (During august to October, 2007), then it was recovered by itself without any medications. Herpes vesicle type used to come every year at the same time of April, they break by itself and cured without any scares. These days I have no symptoms like that from 2009. Then I had no unprotected sex or any risk exposure to anyone. I have been tested myself for HIV, HBV, HCV, Syphilis by TRI DOT method. For HIV I have Used J Mitra co. India 3rd Generation Tri Dot products. After nine months of exposure that is in October, 2007. All were Negative. After that again in December 2007, I did ELISA IgM and IgG for HIV and HSV 1 and 2. All the results came normal or non reactive. I have got married in May, 2010 and I still have lethargic feelings, muscle pain, fever some times especially when I am too tired or very hungry. Due to fear of HIV I had extreme hypertension for more than 6 months from May, 2007 to December, 2007. As I have my wife use to feel lethargic and strength less in her legs etc. sir my doubt and fear is I used to test myself for HIV, HBV and HCV at least six months once since am working in laboratory where we handle infectious clinical samples. I didn’t have any risk exposure but I have used condom all the time if I have sex with my friends. And after marriage I never had sex with any one than my wife.
Till now all the HIV, HBV, HCV, Syphilis antibodies tests are negative but while using Retro screen HIV Kits (Qualpro or Tulip Co. India), has given very light intensity bands with my serum sample even though other all the products gives negative results. Now my question is whether I am infected or not? And if not what kind of symptoms are these and what to do next to get rid off these symptoms and fear. Please help... Can it be any HTLV 1/2 antibodies or it just a false positive reaction. Or can it be CMV or EBV infections because some of my friends suggested that these may symptoms of them.

And moreover in 2008, I have been diagnosed with Cholelithiasis and I got removed my gall bladder by cholecystectomy. That time again screened for viruses and all were negative.

Symptoms which are existing till now is lethargic, muscle cramps or pain, disappearance of peripheral nerves, having irritation on ejaculation (even after masturbation), feeling very hot on legs esp. below knee and foot in the night time, (feeling like the blood is mixed with chili powder), numbness if tight shoes are worn for long time, loss of complexion (became more dark complexed than before), wrinkles or ageing of skin. Is it possible having all the symptoms of a disease and not having any reacting antibodies. Please help me find out the solution for those doubts.

I am working in a place where we can’t get specialist in each and every fields. It is a forest area belongs to North eastern state of India. yes sir thank you for your suggestions, sure i will visit a doctor.. what do you mean by this has nothing to do with STD. you mean the symptoms or my question?..please recommend any test if you understand by my symptoms..
