what are these Tiny Bumps forming along scar on my penis?!?!

ill make this as quick as possible but I'm very concerned, a little over a year ago i was dating this girl and we were having sex very often, once or twice a day. Sometimes we would go out and drink then come home and go at each other. with me being intoxicated these sessions would go on for an hour or longer. She would become very dry, but with me being drunk i would continue.. and continue. The friction resulted in cut like wound (east to west) across the top of my shaft slightly higher than mid way. Although i was aware of the cut my obligation to feel like a man would force me to have sex through the pain and give zero complaints. We had broken up and i was letting the wound heal naturally, which it did, very slowly. I was recently having steady sex again and the same exact problem again occurred. same as last time, normal cut, but this time i wanted to speed the healing process so i began applying neosporn to the cut. it did not help much, but i started to notice these tiny flesh colored bumps forming along the scar line at the very end of the scar. i have zero symptoms of an std but these benign bumps are in what seems to be a cluster and i am freaking out. they dont follow the timeline of a herpes outbreak, have not grown or blistered or done anything, they are just there being ugly. I can feel a slight tingle in the area but only when I'm thinking and scarring myself into the worst possible outcome. is this normal? is this an infection? STI?? I am really freaking out someone help!

Hi, what your describing doesnot suggest any std including herpes but would appear as part of the bodies natural healing. Pores that would normally reproduce on the cut area most likely are appearing on the sides like the skin is being folded back. Have a doc check if your concerned.
