chancre?

i'm a 50 yr old female, was in a monogamous relationship for 3 yrs, broke up 4 months ago (celibate since)
and i now have what seems to be a chancre sore on my genitals....it started out as just an irritated area about 10 days ago, but today it was an oval shaped spot white inside....i will go to the doc as soon as i can, but what could it be? have never had any stds

the best thign to do is to be seen monday for a proper exam.

odds are that neither you nor your partner were ever tested for herpes before. Why not ask for a full std screening since it's been 4 months and make sure herpes igg blood testing is included so that you know your full status before you meet someone new?

Have it checked out by the doctor it don't sound like an std.
