chlamydia or gonorrhea

Thanks for the awesome forum. I'm a male. I had protected sex for about 10 minutes but received unprotected oral sex for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, from a one night stand. This was last Friday, made sure to shower twice and a long shower in the morning. Starting Monday, I started to feel a burning sensation on the inside of my penis, also a bit of a sting/burn when urinating(I feel relieved when urinate) with a flight fever and a sore throat the next day. Since then I have the urgency to urinate 10-12 times per day when on average I go maybe about 2 times per day. The sore throat and slight fever occurred again the following day. I did some research and assumed it was a UTI, very rare in men however I bought AZO UTI test kit and the results showed negative. The burning and fever got a little more intense on Thursday and Friday, so I decided to do some more research and I find that these symptoms relate to chlamydia or gonorrhea. I called my sex partner and she stated she hasn't had any symptoms and felt fine, she also said she was tested for all STD's 4 months ago. Fast forward to today, I just couldn't handle it and decided to go to an urgent care and I again tested negative for a UTI but further lab tests will provide more info. I was prescribed Doxycycline and Phenazopyridine, and have test for chlamydia and gonorrhea next week. I'm just a very paranoid person as the thought of HIV comes up, it's crazy to even think of something like this. I haven't had any discharge from penile area also, I feel I just had to post this in order to feel better in any way because it's eating me alive. Just wanted this communities thoughts on this? Thank you to everyone who contributes here!
