clear discharge from penis

Hello - two weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex while in Hong Kong.  A few days later I started developing some pretty noticable pain and irritation, but no discharge yet.  I was treated with azithromycin (6 pack) and cefixime (400 mg) before leaving Hong Kong about 11 days ago.

This helped aleviate the symptoms, but now that I've been off the anti biotics for almost a week, I notice some clear, white discharge from my penis this morning.  I also still have some urethral irritation, although now it's more of an irritation instead of painful.

I've searched through the posts trying to find something similar, but can't find any good information.  I'm still in a foreign country for work, but won't have access to medical advice until I return to the States next week.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

give it another week and see if that helps. drink plenty of fluids to keep everything well flushed and avoid masturbation/sex so you aren't adding to the irritation.

you should follow up with proper testing later on if symptoms continue. usually it's ngu that is the issue from oral and that can have multiple causes including fungal causes so proper testing is needed so you know how to properly treat it.

I understand that getting anything from oral sex is unlikely, but I have little doubt I got something as I started getting pain in my scrotum when ejaculating and could feel severe irritation in my urethral tube.

Although the pain has gone away, I still feel irritation of the urethral tube (not as bad as before - it was getting painful, now it's more of a feeling of irritation) and I'm not sure what could be causing that.  How effective is Cefixime against gonorrhea in Asia?  If it is resistant, how long would it take to come back?  If it wasn't resistant, should I still be feeling irritation more than a week after finishing my antibotics?

Any advice would be appreciated.
