I had unprotected oral sex with a woman with a scabbed over cold sore on her lip. That was 2 weeks ago. About 7 days ago I had unprotected oral sex and protected rough sex. The next day after the last unprotected oral my penis was sore and felt burning in the tip. Doesnt hurt to pee or ejaculate but I'm getting a burning sensation all the time in my penis. Just an annoyance type sensation, nothing painful. Yesterday and today I began getting burning sensations in my groin and upper thighs. The penis burn and groin and thighs comes and goes. Sometimes I don't feel anytjing until I think about it and then I feel it for hrs. Nothing visible and no discharge. Went to drs today and she wasnt sure what to make of the symptoms. Said everything looked fine. Did urine and swab and waiting results. I'm stressed out and feeling a lot of anxiety. Does it sound like I have something???

In my experience with UTI there is only a clear discharge as is more of a slight infection irritation. UTI's are very common, like when people have sex for the first time. The natural body floras do not mix well with the other persons. Again, if you not having a yellow/white discharge its good.

Also penis feels wet all the time and that its leaking but its not....sorry for all the questions I'm just getting freaked out...

But don't uti burn when u pee, not just burn normal and not burn when you pee? This feels like I should have a rash but I don't.

You could have picked up  a UTI which is  a simple urinary track infection from unknown source. Could be from mouth bacteria. No big deal just annoying. The doc will take care of this with antibiotics

Thanks for the reply, I don't really I was just stressed out and it just happened twice in a short period of time, did it without thinking and now I feel I'm regretting it. Is there anything you have heard of that would cause this irritation/burning but not during urination or ejaculation? Having a harc time even getting an erection because I'm so strrssed out about it.

Hi and welcome. Unprotected oral is low risk and but that does no risk. Usual symptoms would be a burning while urination or and itching feeling and a white /yellow discharge. No discharge is a good sign but just follow up with you test results. Also you seem to be having quite a bit of unprotected oral and if you have a loved one i would do a full screening for all inlcuding non std like herpes, HPV and syphlis as these are a risk also, before having sex with them just to play it safe.

Just as an add on, the burning on my thighs and penis, you can feel heat coming off and they are hot to the touch but I don't have a fever.
