How affective is doxycycline 100mg when taken for a period of seven days to cure infections and std's present in the body alone with a shot a penicillin.

Adolmd - In the US, we still give shots of penicillin for things - syphilis is one. We also get people posting from underdeveloped countries, so shots of penicillin isn't unheard of here. You might want to watch the tone.

doxy will only kill chlamydia
It will NOT kill other STDs like HIV, herpes, HPV, trichomonas, etc.
AND your sex partner(s) that you had in the past 60 days also need to be treated for 7 days BEFORE you have sex. or else you will be infected AGAIN
shot of Penicillin? are you some 3rd world country? we use ceftriaxone in the USA
penicillin will only cover syphillis
but you want to cover gonorrhea you need ceftriaxone
bottom line: see your doctor. and realize that you canNOT treat all STDs and that MDs do NOT have good tests for all STDs. some STDS we just call em when we see them. so they can say "i don't think you have herpes" but then you could have it. unless they do a blood test
and for men, then don't have a test for HPV...
