dull testicle pain - possible std?

About a month ago I received unprotected oral sex from a woman I did not know well for about one minute. No intercourse. It was stupid I know and I stopped after that before things went further. About one week after that I had a dull pain in my left testicle and somewhat more frequent urination. Nothing extreme and the testicle pain is not really noticeable when I am busy.  I also have a minor pain at times on left side of my pubic area. Not sure exactly how to describe this area but maybe a couple of inches above and a couple of inches to the left of my penis. Both of the pains are minor and some days I don't even feel them but other days they are definitely noticeable.

I have absolutely no other symptoms. No discharge, no foul smelling urine, it does not hurt when I uriniate or ejaculate, it does not itch, no burning sensation, testicles are not swollen or red  and they are not really any more sensitive or sore to the touch, I don't feel sick, have a fever, or anything like that  nor  do I have any of the other symptoms I read about for STD's.

I am worried about this because of the stupid oral sex I received as this is something I have never done before but I am wondering if maybe I do not have a STD and it is just some other kind of urinary tract infection or something like that.

I am currently working in another state in a small town and work 7 days a week sun up to sun down so I have been unable to go to doctor and get this checked out. I will be off and go home in a couple weeks and go get checked out then but right now I am losing sleep worrying about this. Any ideas on what this might be?

Injury from being hit, pulled something...etc or mental.

Any ideas what my problem might be then? I have never had any issues down there prior to this and it definitely is not just in my head.

The risk for a STD is low, and based on symptom...doubt it is a STD
