external private part rubbing-syphilis

I was having a massage in a hotel room more that a month ago. suddenly the massage girl rubbing my penis with her private part for about 4 to 5 times and I think it took about maximum 5 seconds without my agreement. Will that transmit syphilis. I did a blood test 28 days post incident and result return negetive. 1) Can the incident transmit syphilis? 2) is my blood report conclusive as I have no symtom at all after 34days post exposure. 3) Is syphilis common in south east asia? Thanks in advance for reply as I am facing mental stress. Everyday is like a year for me.

Tq very much for your straight forward answer as it is clear and certain.Just a final clarification to question 2. I read through a lot of expert statement including encyclopedia mentioning that the window period may up to 90 days? What kind of test will provide conclusion no 6 weeks. Thank you.

1) Can it...yes. Is it likely NO
2) No 6 weeks is conclusive
3) I don't know...google it.

Overall I would not worry too much about it.
