What are these red bumps in the back of my throat?

I'm a guy who recently became sexually active with other guys. I've had multiple partners in the past few weeks and have given them oral sex and swallowed. A few days ago I noticed my throat was sore and that it hurt to swallow, I checked it today and saw a cluster of red bumps. I didn't see them anywhere but on the very back of my throat. I'm worried this could be an STD. Any thoughts?

Hi and welcome, unprotected oral is low risk and with mulitple partners increases the risk, as low risk does not mean no risk. You need a full std testing and throat swab for sure.
