Odd Itching lump
My boyfriend has been complaining of a red itchy bump on the underneath of his penis - right at the base of the head. In a weeks time its gotten firmer and the redness has spread some and the itching is nearly unbearable at times. Neither of us have anything due to recent checkups coming back clean.
There isn't anything I can find to explain what this bump is from. Whether it be bug bite or worse. Any ideas?

Go see a doctor asap, and refrain from having any sexual contact until this is resolved.
Its just the redness. And its not very much. It's more as if he's just irritated the area from scratching.
he needs to go and be seen. this has been there for several weeks now and it spreading so this needs proper medical attention.
