wearing a tampon all the time is not in your best interest either. it's trapping bacteria in and risking your health even more as well as possibly your fertility if you've let this go too long.

You have terrific health care options in your area. If you aren't aware of which ones are available to you low cost or no cost, call your local health department and ask. You need a proper gyn exam done promptly and testing.

It comes down to you making the choice to get healthy.  If you cannot go to a doctor, try to see if your local health department can offer free std testing.  If they do not, they could direct you to somewhere that does, or at least offers testing at a low cost.  It is important that you get this taken care of.

To me it sounds like trichomonas.  But there are other std's and infections in females that will give the same symptoms.  You really need to go to a doctor, health department, or ER and get yourself checked out.  Waiting will only make things worse.  It will not go away on its own and there are no alternative medicines (especially for something in which you need to be correctly diagnosed).  It is up to you.
