handjob,sti/std,hiv,anxiety,need help!

first of all, forgive my poor english,im not a native english speaker. Here is my situation.
i receive a handjob, massage, cupping(no oral, and i touched her boob) two months ago.after that,i was very scared about hiv at first.really anxiety,so i did a 4th generation hiv test a month ago, which is also one month after that encounter(38days),turned out negative.and that made me relax a lot.
But i just found some redness in my skin(appear suddenly but disapper few days after, some might stay longer),even i konw im not at any risk, but seeing those redness just make me so scared and confused.so i did a  test 2days ago(two months after encounter),including 4th hiv test,Syphilis antibody, hcv, and these three all were negative, but the number of hiv test is the same with last time(0.09).
So basically i think im super silly, but yestoday and today some random redness just show up again,im just so confuse,do you think these random redness have something to do with that encounter?or it' s just some allergy stuff?my logic part says im all good, meanwhile my body just doesnt. do u think i should do other test, hbv?
please help me,im just so anxiety, and cannot sleep well for few days,i so scared.i know my situation may be very stupid for you,but it just ruins my life, i think i have some mental problem? anyways, please give some advice.i'll be so thankful .

As far as HIV, you had no risk at all for HIV.  HIV is transmitted by having unprotected, penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air inactivates the virus.  No one has ever gotten HIV from what you describe.  Your hiv test was unnecessary but the negative proves you don't have HIV.  Your activities were generally safe overall.  Redness where?  I do hear loud and clear that you are very anxious and think that working on your anxiety is your best bet for feeling better.  That's a disorder all on its own and treatment is available.

redness in my hands and legs, every time i check my body i just find new redness, its just so uncomfortable, still thanks for your reply。
That does not sound like anything at all related to an std.  See your doctor if you have a rash but would not attribute it to the massage a while back.  I also hope you take my advice to work on this overwhelming anxiety you have.  It's important to look at that as a root cause of a lot of your worry rather than events that have occurred.
I agree - this is not an STD. An STD would give you genital symptoms, and you did nothing that would put you at risk for one. See your doctor to find out what is causing this redness, but it's not related to your encounter.

few days ago, after i get my test result,i go to ask my docotr about my redness,he took a look in my body and said those redness are  more like some allergy things, told me donot think over it,i took his advice.but those redness just keep coming out of nowhere,at first i think it''s maybe related to my mental status, but i dont really think so now.i donnt konw, maybe time will tell.Thank you, kind sir.
He thinks it's an allergy. You should follow up with him to work to figure out what it is you're allergic to if the spots keep coming.

i think you are right auntiejessi, btw do you guys think cupping is a risky event for std? even me dont really it is. my risky events just handjob and cupping.
We've already said that no, it's not a risk, if you mean that she cupped your genitals with her hands.

Hands never transmit STDs.
no, i dont mean that, cupping is anothor activity, you can google it ,i dont know how to describe it in english, when i use google translate,it just saids cupping, sorry.
So cupping can mean cupping the testicles in your hands, or using cup things on the skin to create suction for blood flow. - https://www.webmd.com/balance/guide/cupping-therapy#1

Neither are any risk for any STDs. If you mean something else, if you can find something that links to it, we will figure it out. :)
