hello i need urgent help

I am getting these red dots on my penis. they usualy go away for 3 to 2 days. usualy shows up after sex. but recently they showed up and they have seem to feel like irritated feeling now but never itched and the tip only been swollen ones. Also i have developed a rash in pubic area amd anal that hhas been going on for about a week now and wont go away and it itches allot. and the skin has cracked open. my gf got rash at her anal same day as me. but she doesnt have anywhere else and doesnt have all the symptoms i have. what could this be?

Hello

If you are concerned see a physician or clinic and have them do proper work up on you.   Bumps could be many things, usally are not related to STDs.

I usualy have protected sex woth all my last ex gf always about a year 2 years ago i met this girl and we only had protective sex for 3 times. after that we had non protective sex. but i didnt get these symptoms after 2 years. she was a virgin btw. but she is living with me and she isn't seeing anyone cause she is 100% of the time is home wth my parents. and we are not cheating on each other. these symptoms have shown about 2 months ago but was really little and usualy go away after 2 to 5 days but recently is lasting longer and apears more after having sex
