help please

Hi im broke ive spent alot of money on doctors and urologist and dermatologist in the past year and a half and i just need some help.  I think its possible i may have genital and oral hpv hpvor just about any other std or possibly not but i havent had any luck pinpointing my issues yet.  I know you're not soctors but if you dont mind please check out the pictures in my profile.

I have some small white dots on my lip and also have more small white/yellow dots on my inner upper lip.  Sore throat, swollen glands, red, white discolored tbroat and tongue.  I've been have tingling in my face off and on for a few months some days i cant feel it hardly ever and others it makes my eyes shake and head hurt.

Please any input would be great. I have chewed tobacco for the past 15 years and i quit at the start of November in hopes of gettinv better and also to save myself money for a doctors appointment.
