hooker woes

i am an idiot and decided to get two hookers in the last week while traveling. both were females in their 20's. i am a 21 year old male. both performed oral sex on me, and i used a condom both times.

i have read the forums and other websites and pretty much understand the basics except for this: the tip of my penis has a very slight burning sensation when i concentrate on it. i'm not sure if i am being paranoid or not, but there are no sores, and when i urinate, the burning goes away completely. it is never an intense burning. how effective are condoms at preventing herpes ect. during oral sex? should i worry about the burning or am i just nervous and worried?

I would not worry about it, probably just anxiety. Condoms are very very good. You really did not have a risk.

I think you are being over-anxious about this.  You used a condom for oral sex, so the chances of you having anything are very very slim.  Oral sex is lower risk than sex, and you used a condom, so I'd be surprised if you got an std from this.
