I heard that oral sex can transmit syphilis,but i donnot that how it is transmit,I had a protected oral sex 20 days ago,and when it is over,my finger touched the top of the condom(I think there may be some syphilis virus ),then I touched my glans and penis,can I be infected with syphilis,thank you

No syphilis is not transmitted that way...you would have to come into direct skin to skin contact with a syphilis sore. Since you had protected oral sex you had no risk.
