hpv question

Hello i am 18 years old and one month ago i had my first pap smear test. Im worried for two reasons first of all my result is 2nd pap group, im not sure what it means, my doctor said its fine but im reading some disturbing things in forums... My second question is a litte weird for which iam sorry ... the thing is the doctor who did this procedure on me wasnt wearing gloves and im not sure wheather the instruments that he used were really clean as they have to be im just wondering is there any posibilities of transmiting SDT this way ( from his hands of instruments i mean)
Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for answering me. By transmiting me an STD I didnt mean in a way from his hands to the instrument and then on me i meant it could be possible that the instruments were used, could they be contagious?

Hi

I am not sure I understood your first concern; but if your doctor said its fine then, its fine.   They are physicians and they want to help you ---they won't just "its fine" or say things if something where to be wrong.

There is no way to get an STD from someone's hands to the instruments and then to you in the matter which you describe.
