False negative chlamydia and gonorrhea

I have been tested 3 times for stds, twice were cervical swabs and 3rd was urine. All negative despite symptons of pelvic pain and vaginal discharge. my husband had a urine test and it was negative for stds. Can these tests be false negatives? What would cause a false negative 3 times? I was on antibiotics for respiratory infection and uti. Could those antibiotics cause false negative?

Hi the cause of false negatives 3 times would be testing to early but testing at 7 days for things like gono and chlamydia would be conclusive negative. What type of discharge are you having?
