internal anal hpv

Hello i am a 19 year old gay male and this may be pretty graphic, buy my boyfriend seems to have a rough texture feeling INside his the lining of his anus. Nothing looks wrong on the outside or anything like that. I was just wondering if there should be a concern of him having HPV or anything of the like (including cancer) inside the lining of his anus from anal sex and no signs on the outside? And if so will it go away on its own or cause furthur problems?? Maybe it is just from rough play or something or nothing but i was concerned. HELP THANKS!

yeah we have both been tested for everything as far as HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, and gonnorhea go, even up to three months after we have been together and we are using condoms.. and i understand you can't diagnose just wanted to get an opinion as to if it sounds threatening or a legit concern. he has had unprotected sex with others in the past so thats why im worried.. and its not necessarily a defined bump its just kinda a rough like texture on the inside lining. thanks

also. I hope your having safe sex... if not you both need full STD testing (if you haven't done so already)... you don't want to end up with an std you can never be cured of because you weren't safe and that includes HIV.

Honestly this is something your BF should take to his doctor Anal cancer is not something he wants to mess with.

As to whether this is HPV... well it could be if he was ever at risk- ie unprotected sex, or it could be nothing at all just like you said. unfortunetly ppl think we can diagnose over the internet but we can only advise a risk, if someone was at risk and if so what for. we can give suggestions or opinions but we can't diagnose over the internet. sorry

it could also be hemroids. but if he has bump inside it doesn't sound like something he should ignore =)
