is this rash something to worry abut..

about a week ago i had my last encounter with my now ex-girlfriend because i found out she was cheating on me.. i now have a rash on my abdomen, that looks like a scratch that is swollen and bubbly.  I am hoping that this is just poison ivy or something like that.. i ve also attached a picture of it, please look at that for further thoughts.  it doesnt burn but does itch at times, mostly at night time though. thanks in advance and please do look at the pictures as i think it may help.

Unprotected oral is low risk for any std transmission and protected sex is no risk for any std transmission including HIV. I would think that this could be more than a dermatological problem than it is a std related problem. Personally, it looks like some sort of rash that looks like poison ivy but the pattern makes it so hard for me to identify. I wish I could be more of a help.

My last encounter was unprotected oral and protected sex. Can anyone else figure if it looks like poison ivy or something along thos lines, or if its herpes?

I cannot say for certain what this is but you do not give any more details about the nature of your sexual exposure. Was it protected?  I would advise you to get this checked by a professional physician for better analysis because we cannot look at pictures and say what this could be.
