little bumps around my clitorous

I have these little bumps around my clitorous area. They don't itch or hurt but they do get irritated one week before my period and during my period. They also secrete white stuff if they are squeezed. I am not sexually active and I have visited two gyni's who keep telling me its nothing. They weren't there before and I feel like they are growing in number.  I tried an antibiotic cream but they didn't go away. What can they be and how can I get rid of them?

If you haven't had any kind of sex, this isn't an std.

You still should get it checked by the doctor, though.

Good luck,

Hi Dr.

To answer your question no i did not have sex or oral sex. I am a virgin. I checked sites for sabacous glands but i dont know... they seem to be growing in size & number.. they get especially irritated after i masterbate even though i wash throughly after..I am trying to see a doctor but i dont have insurance and i can't afford it.. aside from that i have those white dots outside and around the lips area.. could you get any type of infection (warts) from masterbating? I never use any toys or anything..

Have you EVER had sex or oral sex?  If you haven't, then it can't be an std.

However, I don't like when docs push things off as "nothing."  White bumps don't just appear and secrete liquid for no reason.

You might check some sites for the female anatomy, and look for sebaceous glands or fordyce spots in females.
