low risk oral sex exposure, next steps?

I was out for a bachelor party two nights ago and without prompting one of the strippers pulled down my pants and started to perform oral sex on me. Only lasted 2-3 seconds before I told her to stop. She had no visible sores on her face but I am still quite anxious about the possible exposure that I might have. I felt some tingling/burning in my penis starting the next morning but that could also be in my head/my anxiety. I had an extra z-pack at home so I took 1g of zithromax last night. I am wondering if I should go get a shot of ceftriaxone and/or penicillin just to make my anxiety go away.

No other partners involved in the last few months so nobody to inform. Advice on this plan or suggestions on what else to do would be greatly appreciated. Also not sure if I need a second gram of zithromax since it won't have been at the same time as the ceftriaxone.

this was pretty much no risk due to the  brevity of the encounter alone. you had no reason to self treat needlessly with antibiotics and put your health at risk from doing so :(

you don't need any testing. no std causes symptoms the next day.

I think you are fine, from everything I have read and researched, the oral represents a very small risk, especially considering it was a very brief interaction.

I would not think about taking any other antibiotics at all.
If anything, wait for symptoms to appear and then evaluate.

Good luck
