I have 2 white patches at the back of my mouth beside the wisdom teeth region. I have also a yellow coated tongue. I have intermitten low fever because of this for the past 2 weeks. My doctor says it si virus infection and given me antibotics. The white patch is still there after I have finished the antibotics. The doctor say the white patch looks lumpy. He says it is not thrush. Could he be wrong? What could it be then? Oral cancer of the mouth?

Maybe you bit the inside of your cheek, burned it, have a canker sore - its not an std.

And PLEASE - you have multiple threads going, and it makes it hard for us to keep up with your history, so please keep everything to one thread.
