Wondering

If you take an urine specimen to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and the results came back negative these tests should've also detected if you had trichomonas or not right?

Its very hard to find trich in men.  They usually treat for trich based on symptoms or a female partner's test.

That is a seperate test done, unless asked for it they might not have done it.
