Herpes...or something else?

I had unprotected sex and performed a lot of oral on a women and belive I have gotten Herpes from her, but thinking now it could be something else.

I first got a sore (lived with chancre sores all my life but never on the outside of mouth) on the crease where my lips meet about 1 month after the sex.  I hurt a little but healed up fine with "Abreva" cream.  Started almost looking like a pimple (white head) but dev into a bump before healing.

Now 2 weeks after the 1st sore I have developed another on the crease of my nose.  On the side but near the bottom where my nostril is.  Its starting just like the last...white head and pain.

Does this sound like Herpes??

Additional symptoms thta might/might no be related:
- Red spot next to upper nose on skin.  Small and peels every other day.  Been there for 2 months now.
- Diarrhea for a week straight the week after the sex.

Thanks for any help at all...

You're welcome, but you should also talk to your general doctor and tell him your concerns about the diarrhea just to make sure.

It doesn't sound like herpes. But you should go to a doctor and get checked out because diarrhea for a whole week after sex doesn't sound too good. Get checked for everything to make sure. Could be nothing, though.
