Herpes/gonorrhea from licking balls?

During World Cup in Russia I went to have an erotic massage. The girl had her panties on all the time, while I was naked.
She gave me a handjob and also licked my balls. She did not lick the penis. However, she did lick my stomach around the penis. I was very careful that she shouldn't come in contact with it, so I moved the penis from one side to the other when she started to lick on the other side of my stomach. This may have caused my penis to come in contact with her saliva that was still on this side of my stomach (from her licking a few seconds earlier).

I didn't worry much about this, since I thought I didn't put myself at risk for STD. However, 3 days later my balls started to itch. No blisters have come after that. 8 days after the incident I got a very sore throat and felt very tired, a little fever.

What could I have got? What should I test for? Could it be herpes? No HIV right?

Thank you for your reply. I got tested and all was fine. However, my balls still itch more than ever and the balls are very red.

I went to a skin doctor who thought it could be eczema. But cortisone did not help. I have used it for two weeks now.

What could it be?

HPV?

Fungus? (The cortisone treatment I got included some anti-fungus stuff)

Herpes?

Please give me some advice

Your risk exposure is low unless you recently shaved your balls and there were open wounds. If not, I don't see any STDs risks.
