penile infection

hi, i had sex with a stranger twice on the same day, 3 months back. i wore a condom. There was heavy white discharge from her vagina, and i didnt make much of it. hen i removed my condom, the white discharge rubbed off the tip of my penis, and instantly felt a burning sensation. the sensation was there for a few weeks, and they became blisters. i later slept with my girlfriend, and in 2 days, she complained of an infection, with similar heavy white discharge and severe burning sensations. I consulted a doctor, took the HIV test and VDRL test, but both were negative. I had dihorrea for a month, and lost weight rapidly by 7kgs.. I got my toe nail removed for an in-grown-toe-nail excision, and at that time, having anti biotics actually made me feel better. boils started appearing on the body, which has never happened to me me before. recently, have had blisters in my tounge, and the boils are still appearing, all over the body, face, head, etc. the boils are not that prominent now, but look like a lot of pimples. my uric acid levels have gone up since then, and my left eye keeps hurting. I have had high uric acid for 2 yrs now, because of my diet, and astigmatism for the eye, but both of them got high together. since i am unable to meet any doctors, cos where i come from, doctors dont want to treat u for any sexually transmitted diseases, and just want to get over with you. so they keep prescribing anti fungal creams and stuff, but nothing is working out. it has been 3 months since this happened, i still have very little rash on the infected area. would need your help and advice as to what it might be, and what can be done. I am unable to check with my girlfriend as well, since even though she had shown symptoms initially, she is not taking it very lightly, and blindly says nothing is wrong. I have also felt mentally unfocussed and sometimes unable to think, but they dont last for long. sometimes lasts for days. My girlfriend had developed a very painful neck pain where she was unable to move her neck at all, for a week. finally it was diagnosed as a rheumatological condition.. please advise asap

I have been undergoing different tests, but all are coming out negative. What is freaking me out is that, both me and my partner have had no medical issues. She has now been complaining of abdominal pain from time to time, and that rheumatic disorder came from nowhere and was severe as well. I still have a little bit of the rash left on my penis. Have no clue of what it is. the worst part is we are getting married in 10 months, and this happens! I am scheduled to meet a dermatologist, who is supposed to be one of the best.. will post what happens.. appointment scheduled for wed

could all of this be related? it's doubtful.  at this point you and your partner need to be following up with your providers for your symptoms.
