pens bumps

Hello. I got tested for stds and I came out positive for chlamydia.  Now I got treatment and it's gone which is great but now I have bumps on my penis. One big one small.  The one that's big I will admit got bigger because of irritation from me masterbating. I just found out that my ex has a bad yeast infection and I did have sex with her while she had it. I read that antibiotics can lower the bodies ability to fight fungal infections because it was after the last time we had sex that I got a bump om my penis. Is this a yeast infection?  I'm circumcised.  It only irritates at the tip or crown of my penis. I tested negative for all other stds.  Any input would help and if you want to know anything else just ask. Btw I got chlamydia from another chick that's why I was being treated after my gf and broke up and that's also why I was getting std tested in the first place.

How long after exposure did you take the test as it should be at least 3 months to confirm conclusive.

Hi of course only testing of the bumps would confirm what they are but they do appear as a fungal infection as you mention and you can contract a male yeast infection from a female with a yeast infection.
If you want to rule out other topical infections get tested for herpes just to be safe and a swab of the sores taken within 48 hours after appearing would be best but a blood test 3 months post exposure would also be a benifit.
