not much we can do to help on an online forum for this. you need a proper medical evaluation sooner rather than later to get accurate answers.

also when i urinate i feel a burning sensation sometimes, usually when i havent drank much water and/or are dehydrated, and my g/f had some kind of eye infection which i think is associated with it cause she was always rubbing her eyes after, since then we ssplit up and neither of us can find out what it is i went in right after i had sex with the girl i think i caught it from and i supposedly had gonnorea and a UTI which they gave me meds for, but ofcourse i couldnt tell my g/f so im guessing i caught it again, i am going for an HIV test soon and have alrdy had a full STI test which came up negative about 1.5-2 months after infection, also for sometime i had diareah but that has passed now and im having proper bowel movements, lastly my cheeks have reddend and also just under my nostrils, is there any STI that wouldnt show up on a test that all these symptoms would include, recently my ex told me that the dr.s said she has something wrong with her liver and we are both under 30 yrs i dont see how her liver would be in danger, and my hands have burned for sometime before all of this but now it seems to reoccour more often than ever

you need to go and be seen. odds are this isn't a std unless it's molluscum.  only way to find out if to be seen and examined.
