Is it std or anxiety/guilt?
So couple weeks ago I had a massage with a happy ending. Now I on and off feel like I have a drop of pee at the end of my penis. It doesn’t hurt so to speak, but is annoying. It doesn’t burn when I pee, nothing seems to be discolored or rashes or bumps. I never had any fever or flu like symptoms. I am having to go to the bathroom more often and sometime I produce very little urine. I’m pretty scared maybe if I am infected with something that I infected my wife. Please help. Any suggestions??

Hi getting a happy ending cannot transmitt any std so it would appear anxiety related.
