Can someone please assess my risk??

I was with a man about 2 weeks ago. We dated for about two months...and had oral sex off and on, and rimming. His ex turned out to be somewhat of a ***** and slept around) had a rumor about him to be HIV+, yet he denies it. The guy I was with was tested after they were together (they did have unprotected sex)  and was negative, but he didn't wait 3 months after the last time they had sex to get tested. 2 other people after this, and doesn't know their status. We did have oral sex, and I did have some small cuts or wounds in my mouth, and small amounts (or even large amounts) of blood were present in my mouth (maybe, idk for 100% sure). He was UNCIRCUMCISED , and did not have any open wounds or cuts in his mouth or on his genitals. When we finally did have anal sex (which was only once), we used a condom...but my mind sets in and I get worried. He says he will get tested, but keeps procrastinating and saying that he'll get around to it. I got tested about 12 days after we had sex, and was negative for everything...but I also know that HIV can take up to 3 months to show up in your blood. What was my risk for contracting any STD??? I am worried to death, and have a date set up in a few weeks with another guy...and if I kiss him and have a small tiny lesion in my mouth, I wouldn't want to give him HIV or any other STD...

I understand...I am just very concerned about this, because the guy refuses to go get testing...

Also, my throat feels a bit swollen lately and my lymph nodes have started to hurt, after the protected anal sex encounter. The swollen or hurting lymph nodes may just be my anxiety...but my throat definitely does feel clogged or swollen. Thx...and I have had diarrhea
