possible std???

vfr
i am very worried about a possible STD that i may have, i have a new sexual partner and after 10 day of unprotected sex i have red dot on the end of my penis (i cant tell if it is spot or a sore but it does not hurt) about a few millimeters in diameter and the tip of my urethra. it is not itchy or irritating and there is nothing coming out of it. it does appear to be possibly getting larger and possibly on the other side but as it is so small i cannot tell exactly, my foreskin also is slightly sore and my foreskin slightly stings when i urinate. i also seem to need to urinate slightly more then normal i have spoken to my partner about this and she has no abnormalities as far as she is concerned. i have booked myself in for an STD check but i have to wait a week until i can be seen. are you able to give me any idea on what this could be as i am sick with worry as i have tried to diagnose myself online on various forums and they all suggest i have anything from a yeast infection to any number of STD's

this doesn't sound like anything std related.

you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea any time after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.
