pregnant? or other issues?

I was diagnosed and treated for Chlamydia in February, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex last in January when I assumed I contravted the disease. I usually have irregular periods so it was no shock when I didnt come on. It has been 3 months now since my last period and I took  two pregnancy tests that  were negative. Here it is April and still no period but i have began spotting off and on for a few days now. Some days not at all. I was pregnant  before and miscarried after spotting. This was my first time having an STD, are there after effects of Chlamydia eben though i was treated? Or what is going on with my body? Please help..

You need to go to your Dr and have an exam done.

Thank u for responding. Yes he was treated and since we've only had sex while using a condom. I have began to bleed heavily and heavy clotting but no cramping or pain, could i now be having a miscarriage? Non stop heavy bleefing and passing of large clots for 5 days now

Was your boyfriend also treated? Did you have sex with him again after you were treated? I'm asking because if you did have sex with him and he was not treated then you could be infected again. This is why it is so very important to always use a condom.
If you've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all came back negative you are most likely not pregnant. If you think you are though see your Dr for a checkup and a blood test.
